Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Plankatelier.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by you accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Language of contract, storage of contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We will store the contract text and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time on this page. For security reasons, your past orders are no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Terms

In addition to the stated product prices, delivery costs will also apply. You can find out more about the amount of delivery costs in the offers.

We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to Packstations.

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

Credit card
By submitting your order, you simultaneously provide us with your credit card details.
Following your verification as the legitimate cardholder, we will immediately request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction after your order has been placed. The payment transaction will be automatically processed by the credit card company, and your card will be charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we will prompt PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction will be processed automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the order process.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

7. Guarantees and Warranties

Statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their precise terms and conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
